Jeffrey W. Leatherman joined LKCM in 2026 and works with the LKCM Headwater team to develop new investment opportunities. Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Leatherman was a director of business development at Trive Capital, a vice president of business development for Green Manning and Bunch / CoBiz Financial and for Citadel Advisory Group and a sales manager at In-Situ, Inc. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
