Kurt M. Steves joined LKCM in 2025 and serves as a Senior Investment Advisor. Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Steves was an executive director of corporate banking at Texas Capital Bank, a managing director of corporate banking at Truist Securities, and a group head and managing director in capital strategies group for Fifth Third Bank. He also worked in acquisitions at Cardinal Capital Partners, served as a mid-corporate investment banking vice president at JPMorgan Chase, an account executive at Morgan Stanley and a project controls engineer at H.B. Zachry Company. Mr. Steves graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
